Welcome to “OTR from the Rockies”

These programs are archived "OTR from the Rockies" shows, which are broadcasted once a month, on Walden Hughes’ Saturday night show on www.yesterdayusa.com - a 24/7 live Old Time Radio (OTR) web site. As these shows continue to be produced, they will be added to this archive for your listening enjoyment at any time.

The intent of the "OTR from the Rockies" show is to highlight OTR from a historical point of view. That is, each one hour show revolves around a particular genre (drama, comedy, western, etc.) and/or radio personality.

"OTR from the Rockies" host, Fred Hobbs, along with RHAC member Bill McCracken, both very knowledgeable OTR people, discuss the history and other interesting information about the personalities, programs and networks. After discussions and interviews, a full version of the featured original shows are played.
